The Application of 3D Printing in Clinical Education and Assistive Devices

3D列印為利用加法的概念，將主體材料以層層堆積的成形方式進行製作，有客製化、製程快速、材料多元等優勢，適合用來進行初期樣品的研發與修改測試。本院醫療3D列印中心自2019年成立以來，除臨床服務外，也積極協助醫院各單位對於臨床、教學、研究方面的創新需求進行規劃設計與實體化，本文針對不同的臨床教(輔)具開發模式進行分類與案例分享，也期許後續臨床工作人員有任何創新或改善問題的想法皆可藉由3D列印技術來實踐，提升醫療品質。

3D printing is a manufacturing process that utilizes the concept of additive manufacturing to build the object by layering the main material. It has advantages such as customization, rapid production, and diversity of materials, making it suitable for the development and modification of early samples. Since the establishment of our medical 3D printing center in 2019, we have not only provided clinical services but also actively assisted various units of the hospital in planning, designing, and realizing innovative needs in clinical, teaching, and research areas. We classify and share case studies based on different development models for clinical teaching aids and tools in this article. We hope that clinical workers can use 3D printing technology to realize any innovative or improvement ideas, thus improving the quality of medical care.
