Enhancing the function and quality of maritime and port information systems is an important foundation for improving the overall service performance of the maritime industry. Therefore, exploring the quality factors of maritime and port information systems is an important research issue. Based on the DeLone and McLean model of information systems success and analyze related literature, this study designs evaluation dimensions and criteria of maritime and port information systems. By combining fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and extent analysis method, this study develops the fuzzy evaluation model, taking system users (including low- and high-experience groups) as the example, comparing relative-weights dimensions and its criteria of fuzzy evaluation model. The results show that the top three important criteria are ''information accuracy'', ''information timeliness'' and ''system availability''. The evaluation model and empirical results can provide a valuable reference for managers seeking to increase performance of maritime and port information systems. |
