資料科學倫理與人工智慧醫療研究

Data Science Ethics and Medical AI Research

當代資料科學涉及複雜的倫理議題，包含資料、演算法、實作等面向。本文以資料科學倫理之觀點探討人工智慧應用於醫療研究所涉倫理議題，首先檢視現行研究倫理規範之性質、介紹資料倫理學之內涵、提出資料科學與人工智慧醫療研究之幾項特色，並針對我國憲法法庭第13號判決及相關研究倫理文獻進行分析，並提出相關政策制訂之建議。

Contemporary data science involves complex ethical issues, including the spects from data, algorithms, and implementation. This article explores the ethical issues involved in applying artificial intelligence in medical research from the perspective of data science ethics. First, it examines the nature of the current research ethics norms, introduces the connotation of data ethics, and puts forward several characteristics of data science and artificial intelligence as applied in medical research. The Taiwanese Constitutional Court Judgment 111-Hsien-Pan-13 (2022) and related research ethics literature are analyzed, and suggestions for relevant policy formulation are put forward.
