When discussing the direction in which our legal research and legal education should be adjusted and how to adjust it, instead of using the situation of Germany or the United States as a reference template to directly determine how we should follow suit, we should better first examine the current situation of legal academia in those areas where large-scale legal reception has carried out (especially the chain disadvantages brought by this process) , and then form a clear understanding of some problems that should be avoided in the process of legal reception with a kind of hindsight. With regard to this, to examine the large-scale reception of German legal science in Taiwan region of China, and reflect on the various chain influences of this continuous legal reception process on the ecology of local legal academia, can provide us with a necessary reminder of the choice of the main development directions of legal research and legal education in Chinese mainland, as well as the cultivation of the subjective consciousness of the local legal science. |
