寵物健康照護平臺設計與行銷之研究

Research on Design and Marketing of Pet Health Care Platform

現代人飼養寵物風氣盛行，毛小孩逐漸成為親密的家人，寵物的健康更是飼主十分重視的問題。但部分飼主因工作繁忙無法即時照顧寵物的健康，因此本研究運用評估研究法設計了一個寵物健康照護平臺，希望透過本平臺提供飼主寵物資訊與健康餐點建議並依照寵物症狀篩選適合寵物的治療醫院。此平臺以App模式進行操作，整合寵物醫療與寵物食品業者，藉由智慧分析系統提供適合且正確的資訊，讓飼主善用合適的資源。系統也提供評價系統，讓飼主們可相互交流，共同討論寵物的生活。本研究希望藉由本平臺的建立，促進寵物與飼主的關係，更可使相關產業邁向蓬勃發展的前景。

Pets are popular among modern people and they have gradually become close family members to their owners, and the health of pets is important to owners. However, some owners are unable to take care of their pets’health in real time due to their busy work. Therefore, this study uses the evaluation research method to design a pet health care system, hoping to provide owners with pet information and healthy meal plans through this platform, and to screen proper treatments for the symptoms of their pets’hospital while having illness. This platform operates in App mode and integrates with pet medical and pet food industries. The smart analysis system provides suitable and correct information to allow owners to make good use of appropriate resources. The system also provides an evaluation system so that owners can communicate with each other to discuss the lives of pets. This study hopes that through the platform, people can enhance the relationship between pets and owners and the related industries will move towards the prospect of vigorous development.
