從利害關係人觀點探討高雄市勞工博物館的社群參與──以《JalanJalan移路相伴》特展為例

Exploring the Community Participation in Kaohsiung Museum of Labor from the Stakeholders' Perspective : A Case Study of 'Jalan Jalan: Special Exhibition on the human rights of migrants in Kaohsiung & Pingtung'

高雄市勞工博物館因面臨人力及資源之匱乏，一方面引入外部資源爭取補助，另一方面也透過外部組織合作推動博物館專業功能，因此近年辦理多個實踐博物館友善平權的展覽及推廣教育活動。博物館的文化民主相關的作為非常多元，勞博館作為一個以勞動及人為主題的博物館，也常以邀請社群參與的方式來博物館相關活動。勞博館110年底推出的「Jalan Jalan移路相伴：高屏地區移動人權特展」試圖打造一次讓著移民工議題相關民間組織及社群能在公部門場館發聲的機會，本研究以利害關係人觀點檢視勞博館與新住民及移工社群利害關係人在此展覽策展歷程中的互動情形，並指出勞博館在社群利害關係人管理上之限制及可發展之策略，提供嘗試透過邀請社群參與以實踐文化民主的當代博物館一些想法與建議。

In order to introduce external resources and obtain additional funding, Kaohsiung Museum of Labor (KML) has organized many exhibitions and outreach education programs about improving equal cultural rights in recent years. The cultural democracy-related activities in a museum are highly diverse. As a museum with the theme of labor and people, KML often invites the community to participate in the museum and conduct collaboration and cooperation. This article will take the 'Jalan Jalan: Special Exhibition on the human rights of migrants in Kaohsiung & Pingtung' launched by KML at the end of 2021 as an example, and analyze the community as a stakeholder in the curatorial process of this exhibition through the viewpoints of stakeholders. The approach in which the museum interacts with it provides some ideas and suggestions for contemporary museums that try to practice cultural democracy by inviting the community to participate.
