The article aims at discussing how schools change general distance learning into technology-enhanced learning under the promotion of General Guidelines of the 12-Year Basic Education Curriculum and the post-COVID era. Teachers need to develop curriculum, teach through core competencies, and improve digital literacy skills. This makes them face more pressure and challenges than before. Thus, a wise principal leadership helping lead school members to go through difficulties is needed more than ever. The writer has practical experience in being an elementary school principal for a long time. Among the emerging theories of leadership, positive leadership, learning leadership, and technology leadership are taken to make an argument that highlights the action of today's principals. Lead with heart; hence, use positive leadership to encourage members first. Second, make a school become a learning organization through learning leadership. Last, preform technology leadership to prepare for digital education in schools. With theories, strategies, and methods for innovative leadership of principals in a new era, school management can have good effects. |
