使用負壓傷口治療是否能促進糖尿病足傷口癒合？

糖尿病足部潰瘍是糖尿病患者常見併發症之一，因周邊動脈病變及神經病變，不易察覺足部傷口，導致感染、壞疽甚至截肢。然而糖尿病患者截肢後的傷口將會長期影響病患生活品質及增加醫療成本，傷口照護顯得非常重要，負壓傷口治療（Negative pressure wound therapy, NPWT），是種較新的非侵入性輔助治療，可促進傷口癒合、避免傷口感染及減少換藥的次數及不適感與縮短住院天數。故想藉由實證文獻探討負壓傷口治療措施促進糖尿病足之傷口癒合之成效，希望找出合適的治療介入，以促進傷口癒合，來提升病人的生活品質。

Diabetic foot ulcer is one of the common complications of diabetic patients. Due to peripheral arterial disease and neuropathy, foot wounds are difficult to aware, leading to infection, gangrene and even amputation. However, wounds after amputation of diabetic patients will affect the quality of life of patients and increase medical costs for a long time, so wound care is very important. Negative pressure wound therapy is a relatively new non-intrusive adjuvant therapy. It can promote wound healing, reduce infection rate of wound, reduce the frequency and discomfort of wound dressing changes, and shorten the length of hospital stay. Therefore, I would like to explore the effect of negative pressure wound therapy in promote wound healing of diabetic foot through empirical literature.It is hoped that appropriate interventions can be found to promote wound healing and improve the quality of life of patients.
