＂在地化＂與城市工業遺產活化研究──以瀋陽城市工業遺產為例

Research on＂Locality＂and Activation of Urban Industrial Heritage-Take Shenyang urban industrial heritage as an example

近年來，城市工業遺產的活化利用成為城市轉型過程中的一個重要課題。新文化地理學的“在地性”理念為城市工業遺產的活化提供了更廣闊的視野和更加貼近實際的利用方案。本文在分析新文化地理學“在地性”理念的基礎上，構建工業遺產“在地性”活化利用的模型，並以瀋陽市工業遺產活化利用為例，分析瀋陽城市工業遺產概況及活化實踐的策略，闡述了“在地性”理念在瀋陽城市工業遺產活化利用中的體現。文章最後總結了“在地性”理念模型的構建，對於城市工業遺產的活化利用具有指導意義。

In recent years, The activation and utilization of industrial heritage in cities has become an important topic in the process of urban transformation.The concept of ＂locality＂ of new cultural geography provides a broader vision and a more practical utilization scheme for the activation of urban industrial heritage.Based on the analysis of the concept of ＂locality＂ in the new cultural geography, this paper constructs a model for the activation and utilization of the ＂locality＂ of industrial heritage,and taks the activation and utilization of Shenyang's industrial heritage as an example, this paper analyzes the general situation of Shenyang's urban industrial heritage and the strategies for its activation practice, and expounds the embodiment of the concept of ＂locality＂ in the activation and utilization of Shenyang's urban industrial heritage.This paper summarizes the construction of the conceptual framework of ＂locality＂, which is instructive for the activation and utilization of urban industrial heritage.
