The purpose of this project is study whether the information provided by tourists on the LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort website information on the LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort website reflects visitor satisfaction, so as to understand whether tourists use of the LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort website information affects their visitor behaviour orientation, and make recommendations based on the research results. The research subjects are mainly tourists who have used the information on the LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort website, and the questionnaire refers to the e-SERVQUAL scale design 12 questions, and a total of 160 questionnaires are collected by means of convenient sampling questionnaires on the internet, and the effective questionnaire is 150 questionnaires. The data analysis used narrative statistics and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) to find that "the display of the LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort website page is very fast. And "when I typed in the search criteria, the LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort website executed quickly." It is something to be improved. |
