In recent years, the global population has been increasing. In order to eliminate the urban population problem, smart cities have emerged as the times require. This research establishes a smart airport IoT platform service information strategy from the perspectives of operations, finance, services, and the environment. The purpose is to use multi-criteria decisionmaking (MCDM), combined with decision making trial and evaluation laboratory model (DEMATEL), analytic network process (ANP) and zero-one goal programming (ZOGP) to select the best strategic portfolio. This research looks forward to establishing a reasonable and feasible system strategy selection model to facilitate the government's implementation of smart airport policies. The contribution of this research to the development of the smart airport industry is 1) the development of service information strategies through financial sustainability goals 2) utilize MCDM to establish a service information strategy for evaluation perspectives and criteria, and obtain an optimized portfolio under resource constraints to achieve sustainable financial resources. |
