淺談博物館附設圖書館的創新空間規劃──以國立故宮博物院南部院區圖書館空間優化為例

A Discussion on Innovative Space Planning of Museum Libraries: A Case Study of Space Renovation of the Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum Library

在說明博物館附設圖書館的空間規劃之前，首先要了解影響附設圖書館空間規劃的重要因素與博物館的經營理念。隨著博物館開放、友善政策的推行，博物館由展示機構，逐步演變為社會教育的場域，由於母機構經營理念的轉變，扮演重要支援功能的附設圖書館，其角色和定位也隨之改變，主要服務對象不再只限於博物館內的同仁，還納入所有公眾讀者，服務也更加多元化。為提供多面向服務及功能，附設圖書館的空間規劃也會隨著變化，以適應新的需求與趨勢。本文從附設圖書館目前發展現況、空間規劃的前期準備工作、強弱危機分析、空間位置的選擇、設計理念及設備的增設等方面進行解說，希對圖書館同道先進能有所助益，提供目前在規劃附設圖書館的伙伴做參考。

Before discussing space planning of museum libraries, it is crucial to know the operating policy of the museum, which is an important factor of affecting library space planning. With the implimentation of open and friend policy, museums have turned from display institutions into social education venues. Because of the change of the mother institution, the role and functions of supporting affiliated libraries have changed, too. The target of services will not limited to museum staff. Public readers will be included. Types of services have diversified. To provide more services and functions, the space plannings of affiliated museums will change to adapt new services and functions. This article discusses the current development, the planning period, SWOT analysis, space positioning choices, design ideas, and the increase of facilities. Hope this paper will benefit other library colleagues and provide references for planning affiliated libraries.
