子宮內膜癌是最常見的婦科癌症之一，發病率呈上升趨勢。據估計，2020年有417,000名女性被診斷出，97,300名女性死於這種疾病。根據國際婦產科聯合會(FIGO)，子宮內膜癌患者的淋巴結轉移狀態是提供病理分期、輔助治療和評估預後的重要參考。盆腔淋巴結轉移或主動脈旁淋巴結轉移患者的5年總生存率約為57-66%。本文報告一名FIGO第三期之子宮內膜癌患者在完成接受輔助治療之後發生了主動脈旁淋巴結的復發，而導致嚴重的併發症。

Endometrial cancer is one of the most common gynecologic cancers, with a rising incidence worldwide. It was estimated that 417,000 women were diagnosed, and 97,300 women died of this disease in 2020. According to the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO), the lymph node metastasis status of patients with endometrial cancer is critical for the assignment of the patient’s pathological stage, guiding adjuvant treatment, and evaluating prognosis. The 5-year overall survival rate of patients with either pelvic lymph node metastasis or para-aortic lymph node metastasis is roughly 57-66%. In this paper, we report a patient with FIGO stage IIIC1 disease who was found to have para-aortic lymph node recurrence with serious complications after the completion of adjuvant therapy.
