Intrauterine devices migration and rectum embedding: a case report and review of literature

子宮內避孕器的置放，提供育齡婦女避孕或賀爾蒙治療的選擇，越來越多病患接受此一處置。然而也有諸多併發症被報導，此處報告一罕見之子宮內避孕器併發症：錯位以及直腸鑲嵌，分享成功的治療經驗，並文獻回顧過去的案例、分析可能的原因及危險因子。

Insertion of intrauterine devices (IUD) provided reproductive-aged women an option for contraception. Uterine perforation and IUD migration are rare complications. Here we report a rare migration event and discussed the mechanism of IUD migration. Also, literature regarding IUD migration and relevant issues are reviewed.
