Uterine lymphangioleiomyomatosis: case report and review of literature

子宮體淋巴血管平滑肌肉增生症(lymphangioleiomyomatosis)是一種相當罕見的血管旁類上皮細胞瘤(perivascular epithelioid cell tumor, PEComa)。我們呈現了一名結節性硬化症(tuberous sclerosis)的患者因不正常子宮出血而診斷子宮體淋巴血管平滑肌肉增生症，並針對現有的文獻做回顧。

Uterine lymphangioleiomyomatosis is a rare disease that falls under the category of perivascular epithelioid cell tumor, as known as PEComa. We present a patient with past history of tuberous sclerosis who suffered from abnormal uterine bleeding. Uterine lymphangioleiomyomatosis was diagnosed after hysterectomy. Literature review on lymphangioleiomyomatosis was presented in this article for future reference.
