在防疫期間，社會大眾除了祈求不要染病，就是盡快解封，但身為醫護人員的我們，自身不能染病，還要照顧確診者，除了對工作的使命感和社會的期許之外，更是實踐馬斯洛(Abraham Harold Maslow)提出的「需求層次理論」(Need-hierarchy Theory)中最高的「自我實現」之第五個層次，因此期望藉由此篇文章「疫情期間醫護前線之麻醉護理師臨床實務經驗」，分享我們配合政府、醫院及單位（麻醉部）規劃，和疫情進行長期抗戰，除了適當分配人力資源、個人防護裝備及善用社會支持，還有提供具有支持性和安全性的工作環境，一同肩負起管理者的角色，挑戰如何臨危思變，處理臨床之相關人、事、物，在後疫情時期，身為管理者「平安、健康」是我們全體共同的目標。

Amid control measures against the COVID-19 pandemic, the public avoid contracting the disease and wish for lockdowns to be lifted as soon as possible. Healthcare professionals must protect themselves from infection while caring for patients diagnosed with the disease. In addition to adhering to their vocation and fulfilling social expectations, healthcare professionals facing the pandemic are engaging in self-actualization, which denotes the fifth and highest stage of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. The present article shares our plan for collaborating with the governmental, hospital, and anesthesiology department to implement long-term prevention measures for pandemic control. Through the adequate allocation of human resources, distribution of personal protective equipment, maintenance of social support, we have provided a supportive and safe work environment while shouldering managerial responsibilities, learning crisis adaptation, and handling clinical affairs. In the postpandemic period, staying safe and healthy is our common goal as health managers.
