於新型冠狀病毒疾病(COVID-19)疫情爆發的衝擊下,各醫院配合中央政策推動各項防疫措施,護理人員為醫療院所重要人力資源,而護理教育是護理人才培育養成重要基石,臨床護理教育訓練包括護理學生臨床實務實習、新進人員養成及持續專業人員訓練。防疫期間配合中央指揮中心、教育部及本院教學部等防疫政策,落實感染管制控管,加強防護裝備;疫情嚴重時為避免群等因應措施,藉由運用多元教學策略及辦理遠距教學等彈性授課方式,兼顧教學品質及成效。因應疫情翻轉了護理教學,持續進行虛擬情境創新教學教材,建置視訊設備及辦理多元人才培育訓練,當疫情再次來臨時,可提供護理管理者在臨床訓練因應方式之參考。
英文摘要
During the outbreak of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), hospitals have to cooperate with central policies to promote various epidemic prevention measures. Nursing staff are important human resources in medical institutions, and nursing education training is an important cornerstone for cultivating nursing professionals. Clinical nursing educational training includes clinical practice for nursing students, newly employed nursing staff and continuing professional training. During the epidemic prevention period, in order to comply with the epidemic prevention policies of the Central Epidemic Command Center, the Ministry of Education and our hospital, we are asked to achieve infection control, to strengthen protective equipment, and to avoid clustering when the epidemic situations are serious. Applying flexible teaching methods such as multiple teaching strategies and holding distance teaching to maintain the teaching quality and the effectiveness. To response to COVID-19, nursing teaching training has been turned over. We innovated the teaching materials in virtual situations continuously, built video equipment, and hold education training for multiple talents. This article can provide a reference of clinical trainings for nursing managers when the epidemic comes again.
