Prevention Measures in Access Control during the COVID-19 Pandemic in CCH—Combing Love and Technologies

自2019年11月爆發COVID-19疫情以來，台灣在第一時間即成立指揮中心制定各種防疫措施。彰基為彰化、南投及雲嘉地區唯一醫學中心，在疫情初期也快速成立COVID-19緊急應變指揮中心，依任務編組共分成十組，其中包含了門禁管理小組。隨著疫情變化快速調整各項門禁措施，包括建立有效率佈達執行之團隊、透過資訊化並串連臨床醫護系統提升門禁管理效率、AI智能加入精準防疫、跨部門流程因應疫情風險快速整合，並用愛與關懷和病人及家屬同一陣線共同抗疫。透過這些門禁管理措施讓彰基築起一道防疫安全網，除了維持醫療量能之正常運作外，更在防疫措施中看見病人及家屬的需要，提供病人及家屬身、心、靈的照護，將疫情所產生的有形距離降到最低，增加彼此無形的情感。

Quickly adjust various entrance access control measures as the epidemic changes, including establishing an efficient execution team, improving the efficiency of entrance access control management through informatization system to connect clinical medical system, adding AI intelligence to precise epidemic prevention, integrating cross-departmental processes to respond to epidemic risks quickly, and standing with patients and their families to fight the epidemic with Love and care. Through these measures, Changhua Christian hospital has built a safety net for epidemic prevention. In addition to maintaining the normal operation of medical service, we also recognize the needs of patients and their families in the epidemic prevention measures and provide patients and their families with physical, mental and spiritual care. And then we can minimize the interpersonal distance caused by the epidemic and increase the invisible emotions of each other.
