臺中市國中運動選手刺激尋求現況之研究

A Study on the Status of Sensation Seeking of athletes in Junior High Schools in Taichung City

本研究主要目的在瞭解臺中市國民中學運動選手刺激尋求的現況，並進一步探究不同背景變項在刺激尋求的差異情形。以問卷調查法填寫問卷，調查對象係以臺中市之國民中學學生為母群體，有效樣本計383 份。回收資料以統計套裝軟體SPSS18.0 執行，採用描述性統計、獨立樣本T 檢定及單因子變異數分析。經分析討論或以下結論：刺激尋求各層面排序為經驗尋求、冒險尋求、厭倦感受及反抑制；不同性別國中運動選手在刺激尋求之經驗尋求上達顯著差異，且女性運動選手感受程度高於男性；不同年級之國中運動選手在刺激尋求之反抑制上達顯著差異，其中又以三年級高於一、二年級之運動選手。本研究證實不同的國中運動選手之背景在刺激尋求的經驗尋求上存有部分顯著差異，建議日後有興趣此一領域者可運用質化分析與縱貫式研究進一步檢驗本研究結果。

The main purpose of this study was to understand current situation of sensation seeking of athletes in Junior High Schools in Taichung City, and to further explore the differences in stimulus seeking of different background variables. The participants were 383 Junior high school sports. Using descriptive statistics, analysis of variance to analyze the data, the results revealed that: various levels of sensation seeking are ranked by experience seeking, adventure seeking, anti-inhibition and feeling bored; there are significant differences in experience seeking by different gender, and female athletes’ experience is higher than that of men; different grades have significant differences in anti-inhibition, athlete who is above grade one or two in grade three. This study confirms that there are indeed significant differences in sensation seeking among different Junior high school sports. It was suggested that future studies applying diverse physical abilities tests.
