"本研究的目的是以畢業後即刻在日本飯店正職工作的台灣日文系學生為對象,透過分析其在職場上的適應過程,探討職場適應的問題點和適應過程,並以此為據,考察飯店端或大學端應該具備哪些支持系統,提供日文系畢業生有更完善的日本就業工作環境。分析的結果顯示,日文系畢業的日本飯店從業者在進入飯店並克服對工作內容的最初焦慮之後,會面對跨文化溝通、人際關係和業務執行上困難等三大問題。但是,隨著時間的推移,在獲得上司、同事、客人的接納和非正式的支持下,重新確認就業環境的現實,感受工作意義而建立信心並繼續工作,直至適應飯店的工作環境。研究傳達了日本飯店職場的實際情況,並向飯店或大學端提供了有關建立支持系統以使其安心工作的方向。 The purpose of this study is to analyze the workplace adaptation process of Taiwanese hotel practitioners who are working in Japanese hotels immediately after graduated from Japanese language department, and to investigate the problematic points and adaptation process of workplace adaptation, and to examine what support systems should be in place on the hotel side or university side to provide Japanese language graduates with a better working environment in Japan.The results of the analysis showed that Japanese hotel graduates face three problems: cross- cultural communication, interpersonal relationship, and business difficulties after entering the hotel and overcoming their initial anxiety about the job content. However, over time, with the acceptance and informal support from supervisors, colleagues, and guests, they reaffirm their future potential, feel the meaning of their work, and build confidence to con tinue working until they adapt to the hotel working environment. The study conveys the actual situation of the Japanese hotel workplace." |
