船用鋁合金一般選用鍛造5XXX系列之鋁鎂合金,其主要原因係由於重量輕、強度足,運用在船體結構上可大幅減輕重量,且鋁合金之抗腐蝕性亦較鋼鐵為佳,故艦船採用鋁合金日益普遍,在小型高速艦艇,鋼鐵逐漸被鋁所取代;本論文主要研究艦用鋁合金5083承受爆震、撞擊等暫態負荷時之高應變率動態性能研究,一般機械性質除應用動態萬能試驗機進行靜態機械性質試驗外,另在分離式霍普金森桿試驗機進行高應變率的動態拉伸試驗。研究發現5083-H112鋁合金在5000s-1應變率下,其降伏應力為267MPa、延伸率為84.3%;在3000s-1應變率下,其降伏應力為254MPa、延伸率為61%;在1000s-1應變率下,其降伏應力為376MPa、延伸率為22%。該鋁合金隨著應變率越高,其降伏應力有降低再升高的趨向,而延伸率則有提高的現象,此研究成果可供艦船設計時,進行爆震或撞擊分析時參考使用。
英文摘要
"The main reason is that 5XXX aluminum alloy is lighter and stronger than steel, which can greatly reduce the weight of the ship hull. Moreover, the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy is better than that of steel. Therefore, aluminum alloy is increasingly used in ships. In the high-speed ships, steel is gradually replaced by aluminum. This paper mainly studies 5083 aluminum alloy. The dynamic performance of high strain rate under transient loads such as detonation and impact is studied. In general, the static mechanical properties are tested by dynamic universal testing machine, and the dynamic tensile tests with high strain rate are carried out by split Hopkinson bar testing machine. It is found that the yield stress and elongation of 5083-H112 aluminum alloy are 267MPa and 84.3% at 5000s-1 strain rate, 254MPa and 61% at 3000s-1 strain rate and 376MPa and 22% at 1000s-1 strain rate. With the increase of strain rate, the tensile strength of the aluminum alloy tends to decrease, while the elongation increases. This research result can be used for reference in ship design and explosion or impact analysis."
