"Occupational safety and health training are regarded as one of the important strategies that can reduce occupational disasters. In Taiwan, training are mostly entrusted to private training institutions, including the necessary training required by the Occupational Safety and Health Act, general safety and health training, and training required by other institutions. The Occupational Safety and Health Education and Training Rules set up training hours and training subjects for the training required by workers. There is no method for class. However, it is currently agreed that online courses can be used for two hours, and there is still one hour for face-to-face instruction. In this study, the American chemical plant was used as an example to implement experiential emergency response education and training, which was carried out once every six months for a total of two times. The pre-test will be conducted for the first time, and the post-test will be conducted after the event. Test results were analyzed statistically. The results showed that experiential education training is a way that can achieve higher satisfaction, and its professional skills also have obvious results. It is obvious that experiential learning can effectively improve the effectiveness of education and training and reduce occupational disasters." |
