本研究自行合成之CdS QD,搭配雙幫浦、線上反應迴圈和螢光偵測儀組合成流動注射分析系統(FIA),應用於五種含硫化合物之定量分析。本研究製備之CdS QD 具有優異之螢光特性,不同濃度不同類型含硫成分與QD 錯合將改變螢光強度。在pH > 5 時,含硫分析物提供電子給QD 鎘原子配位結合的能力增加,可使CdS QD 螢光亮度穩定。本方法之偵測靈敏度依序為:Phenylbenzimidazole Sulfonic Acid、Glutathione、L-Cysteine、Alpha Lipoic Acid、Thioglycolic acid,其中Phenylbenzimidazole Sulfonic Acid 偵測極限可達1.1 ppm。FIA- QD 螢光分析法具備高選擇性、簡單而快速等特性,有助於實驗室大批量檢測,降低實驗成本。
英文摘要
"In this study, the self-synthesized CdS QD is combined with dual pumps, online reaction coil and fluorescence detector to form a flow injection analysis system (FIA), which is used in the quantitative analysis of five sulfur-containing compounds. The CdS QD prepared in this study has excellent fluorescence characteristics. The complex of different concentrations and different types of sulfur components with the QD will change the fluorescence intensity. At pH > 5, the ability of sulfur-containing analytes to provide electrons to QD cadmium atoms for coordination and binding increases, which can stabilize the fluorescence brightness of CdS QDs. The detection sensitivity of this quantitative analysis method is in order: Phenylbenzimidazole Sulfonic Acid, Glutathione, L-Cysteine, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Thioglycolic acid, of which the detection limit of Phenylbenzimidazole Sulfonic Acid can reach 1.1 ppm. The FIA-QD fluorescence analysis method is highly selective, simple and fast, which can help laboratory mass testing and reduce the cost of the experiment."
