"In this study, the self-synthesized CdS QD is combined with dual pumps, online reaction coil and fluorescence detector to form a flow injection analysis system (FIA), which is used in the quantitative analysis of five sulfur-containing compounds. The CdS QD prepared in this study has excellent fluorescence characteristics. The complex of different concentrations and different types of sulfur components with the QD will change the fluorescence intensity. At pH > 5, the ability of sulfur-containing analytes to provide electrons to QD cadmium atoms for coordination and binding increases, which can stabilize the fluorescence brightness of CdS QDs. The detection sensitivity of this quantitative analysis method is in order: Phenylbenzimidazole Sulfonic Acid, Glutathione, L-Cysteine, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Thioglycolic acid, of which the detection limit of Phenylbenzimidazole Sulfonic Acid can reach 1.1 ppm. The FIA-QD fluorescence analysis method is highly selective, simple and fast, which can help laboratory mass testing and reduce the cost of the experiment." |
