“全域數字法院”的構建與實現

近年來中國互聯網司法發展取得了顯著成效，為建設一種全新的法院樣態———“全域數字法院”提供了可能。與既往的法院信息化建設不同，“全域數字法院”是一場重塑性的制度革命，它以線上線下深度融合、內網外網共享協同、有線無線互聯互通為基本要求，更加注重系統集成與數字賦能，更加注重流程再造與制度重塑，更加注重全面數字化與高度智能化，運用“技術+制度”為實現更高水平的公平正義注入新效能。建設“全域數字法院”，主要路徑是通過“平臺化建設”“無紙化轉型”“智能化賦能”三階段，打造全生命週期的司法平臺，提供全時空在線的司法服務，構建全流域智能的司法模式，驅動司法制度的全方位變革，並最終實現司法領域從數字賦能到制度重塑的革命性變革。
