本研究旨在探討教師專業學習社群與專業資本的現況與關係。研究採取問卷調查法,以分層隨機取樣選出臺北市457位國中小學教師作為填答者。研究工具包含兩個部分,分別為教師專業學習社群問卷與教師專業資本問卷。資料分析則採描述性統計、積差相關以及結構方程模型。研究結論包括:一、臺北市國中小學教師在教師專業學習社群之運作具有中高度表現;二、臺北市國中小學教師在專業資本上具有高度表現;三、教師專業學習社群運作與教師專業資本表現間具中高度正相關;四、教師專業學習社群運作對於教師專業資本表現具有56%的解釋力。最後,根據研究結論提出相關建議,以供未來實務及研究之參考。
英文摘要
"The purposes of this study are to explore the current situation and relationship of teacher professional learning communities and professional capital. A questionnaire is employed to collect the opinions of elementary and secondary school teachers in Taipei City through stratified random sampling, and the effective sample size is 457. The questionnaire comprised two sections are the scale of “Teacher professional Learning Communities” and “Teacher Professional Capital”. As for data analysis methods, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation and structural equation modeling (SEM) are adopted. The main findings of this study involved: (1) The performance of Taipei elementary and secondary school teachers on their practice of professional learning communities reaches the middle and high degree. (2) The performance of Taipei elementary and secondary school teachers on their practice of professional capital reaches the high degree. (3) There is a positive and significant correlation between teacher professional learning communities and professional capital. (4) Teacher professional learning community has a predictive power of 56% on teacher professional capital. According to the research findings, several suggestions for the implementation and further study were proposed."
