高等教育落實CDIO的趨勢、途徑與挑戰

"The Trends, Ways and Challenges of Implementing CDIO in Higher Education"

現今科技發展迅速，國際間透過網路等科技進行之溝通、資訊交流甚為頻繁，教育模式之發展亦有諸多研究及實證。高等教育培育學生能順利進入職場，並為企業相輔相成，盼學生能學以致用、畢業即就業，成為即戰力之人才，此亦為諸多高等教育之目標。但如今我國學用落差及失業人口仍為重要社會議題，本文建議導入CDIO教學模式能有助於改善現況，亦整理實際案例提供教育者參考，並提出落實CDIO之作法及將如何面臨現有挑戰，盼透過本文將CDIO的精神融入教育實踐，提升我國高等教育學生之就業力及國際競爭力。

"Nowadays, science and technology are developing rapidly, and international communication and information exchange through the Internet and other technologies are very frequent. There are also many studies and empirical studies on the development of education models. Higher education cultivates students to enter the workplace smoothly, and complements each other for enterprises. It is hoped that students can apply what they have learned, can find jobs after graduation, and become talents with immediate capabilities. This is also the educational goal of many higher education. But today, the gap between academic qualifications and working ability and the number of unemployed people is still important social issues. This article suggests that the introduction of the CDIO teaching model can help improve the current situation, and it also sorts out actual cases for educators to refer to, and proposes the implementation of CDIO and how to do it Facing the existing challenges, this article hopes to integrate the spirit of CDIO into education practice through this article, to enhance the employability and international competitiveness of our higher education students."
