知彼知己，百戰不殆：數據科學應用於棒球情蒐與技戰術分析

不論戰略或戰術，不分數據分析或是影像分析，不管球探或情報蒐集，棒球情蒐數據與影像分析的優勢在於資料與數據的不易取得，具備「資料稀有性」之特性。本文論述數據科學與運動大數據概念並論證臺灣棒球運動的技術分析與發展，以數據分析實證中華職棒大聯盟關於「球隊防守」面向情報蒐集系統，同時運用Rapsodo強化投球動作的影像分析，並提出棒球情蒐的戰略層面與戰術層面的重要性，落實長期趨勢追蹤之研究目標，兼顧學術研究與實務應用。本文探究棒球情報蒐集系統與趨勢分析，落實運動大數據於臺灣棒球的專業發展，完備情報蒐集的價值性與完整性。

"The advantage of scouting, intelligence gathering, data analysis, and image analysis was that the least accessible information and data, whether data analysis or image analysis in baseball, had the characteristics of ''scarcity of data'' to reach the goals of strategies and tactics. Data Science and Big Data in Sports were introduced in the technical analysis of Taiwanese baseball development. In empirical, we constructed the ''team defense'' for the intelligence-gathering system by data analysis in the Chinese Professional Baseball League; We also used image analysis for pitching by practical Rapsodo application and eventually proposed the importance and feasibility for baseball strategy and tactics. The testing results were ideal for reaching a long-term tracking target to take into academic research and practical application and verify the importance and feasibility of this study. Eventually, we constructed the intelligence gathering system, tracked intelligence-gathering trends, and carried out big data in sports belongs to Taiwanese baseball professional development, values, and intelligence gathering."
