Since the 18th National Congress, the Communist Party of China has been using Marxist theories of state, society and law, proceeding from China's national conditions and based on China's rich experience in history, creatively combining social governance with the rule of law. In terms of content, the rule of law in social governance adheres to the core concept of people-centered, pursues the basic value of justice, shapes a new pattern, and adheres to the system as the basis. It is an organic part of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law. From the perspective of practical requirements, this theory requires Adhering to the CPC's overall leadership of social governance, promoting comprehensive governance of social security, ensuring and improving people's livelihood, promoting multi-level and multi-field social governance, and strengthening social governance to adapt to new technologies. The theory of the rule of law in social governance highlights the innovation, integrality, pertinence and effectiveness of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, and profoundly explains the legal principles behind the social governance measures in the new era. |
