追憶‧魅影‧行旅：《留味行》中的味覺想像與家族史建構

Recollection‧Phantom‧Travel: The sense of taste imagination and family history building in Liou-Wei-Xing

本文以瞿筱葳《留味行：她的流亡是我的流浪》一書為研究對象，此書為作者在祖母過世之後，沿著祖母流亡的路程，進行一次流浪之旅。在旅途中，作者企圖追尋記憶中祖母的「家常菜」食物系譜，以及所述及的移動空間，同時召喚記憶中的祖母與之進行對話。本文在此將指出，作者在空間移動的同時，企圖溝通個人童年回憶，並再現當年祖母的流亡過程，透過祖母口述歷史的經驗／故事並置的敘述策略中，一方面完成對祖母的追憶，另一方面藉由梳理家族記憶，進而產生家族認同，完成家族史之建構，為世代之間的情誼做了深刻的觀照。

Liou-Wei- Xing: Her exileis my wander.（《留味行：她的流亡是我的流浪》）is a book aboutthe author,Qu Xiao-wei, her wandering journeyafter grandmother’s death. On the road, the author attempted to trace the memory ofgrandmother's ''homemade'' food pedigree, as well as the moving space, and try to summon her grandmother to make dialogues. In this paper points out that while the author moved through space, she attempts to communicate one’s childhood memories and reproducted the process of grandmother’s exile. Through the narrative of grandmother’s oral record and the strategy of juxtaposed stories, the author completed grandmother’s recollections in book and organized family memories as well. Thus, to improve family identification and constructs family history, make a deep relationship between generations.
