醫學院校醫事法律課程之現況與展望──以作者15年之教學實踐經驗為核心

The Current Status and Future Prospects of Medical Jurisprudence Courses in Medical Schools: Based on the Fifteen-Year Experience in Medical Education

本文係以作者15年於醫學院校醫事法律課程的教學經驗，探討醫事法律的教學現況與展望。無論文獻回顧或是作者之教學經驗，顯示醫學倫理與醫事法律的教學是密不可分及相輔相成，而且知識、態度與技巧對於醫事法律的課程教學是重要的，故除了課堂授課外，應結合實作課程，並以多元化的方式評量學生的學習成效，此外，也必須將社會的脈動結合與醫事法律的課程教學，達成教學實踐。

Based on fifteen years of experience, the author looked into the current status and future prospects of teaching medial jurisprudence courses in medical schools. From literature review and personal experience, teachings in bioethics and medical jurisprudence should be complementary to each other and are best offered together. Emphases on knowledge, attitude, and skills in these courses are important, so besides didactic lectures, these pedagogies should be combined with practical activities. In terms of assessment, diversity in methodologies for measuring the effects of students’ learning is recommended. Last but not least, significant social events should be incorporated in these courses.
