戰爭記憶與想像──論李喬小說中太平洋戰爭敘事與反戰書寫

Between Literature and History : The Pacific War Memories in Post-War Taiwanese Author Lee Chiao's Writing

太平洋戰爭對於戰後臺灣作家而言是至關重要的主題之一。李喬（1934-）也經常將自身的戰爭記憶投射於其文學作品中。本論文將從文學及戰爭記憶的觀點出發，重新檢視李喬早期作品集《山女》（1970）中的數篇短篇小說及其代表作「寒夜三部曲」第三部《孤燈》（1979）所展現的意義及光譜變化，並藉此重新思考歷史與文學再李喬作品中所存在的曖昧性及其曖昧性所展現的文學意涵。此外，筆者也將重新思考未具備參戰經驗的李喬如何在作品中形塑太平洋戰爭場景？作者本人為何選擇以南洋戰場為時代背景？以及當時書寫帶有「反戰」意味小說的創作背景為何等問題。本文以李喬於1960年代末至1970年代末期間所出版的作品為研究對象，討論太平洋戰爭這段歷史如何被敘事化成為文學創作，同時也希望能透過解讀李喬作品中關於太平洋戰爭的部分，重新思考戰後臺灣作家的戰爭記憶問題。

The Pacific War is always one of the major themes in postwar Taiwanese literature. In this paper, I would review Lee Chiao's early works, such as short stories in The Mountain Girl (山女) (1970) and the third trilogy Lone Light (孤燈) (1979) of ''Wintry Night (寒夜三部曲)'' from the perspectives of historical memory of the war. The focus will be on the trajectories and changes of the Pacific War scenes and the representation of metaphors. Through analyses of Lee Chiao's different literature works, this research aims to rethink the ambiguity of literature and history and its cultural influences.
