近年來，每到農曆三月，「瘋媽祖」已然成為台灣最重要的全民運動，而其中又以至今已舉行逾30年的大甲鎮瀾宮媽祖遶境進香活動最為盛大。以繞境進香為主軸，並由大甲鎮瀾宮作為核心樞紐，加上周邊圍繞著相當多的陣頭、宮廟及其他民間社團組織與活動等元素，建構出一個規模龐大且生生不息的創新生態系統，從過往的民間宗教信仰進一步擴展到更多元、豐富的人文社會價值，可說是新世代的人文創新典範。

Taking the circumvention to enter incense as the central axis, with Dajia Zhenlan Palace as the core hub, and surrounded by many fronts, palaces, temples, and other elements of civil society organizations and activities, a large-scale and endless building is constructed. The innovation ecosystem has further expanded from the past folk religious beliefs to more diverse and rich humanistic and social values. It can be said to be a model of humanistic innovation for the new generation.
