不同類型社區終身學習伙伴關係發展之比較(上)

社區是終身學習推展的重要場域,因此社區終身學習向來是一重要主題。諸如學習網絡與學習社區的發展,都是國內外關注的核心議題。惟社區因文化、資源及發展等條件深具歧異性,如何因應不同社區屬性以形塑不同的學習網絡,成為一極具重要性與挑戰性的課題。本文植基於國科會的專題研究,選擇學習網絡發展的基礎-伙伴關係,試圖比較不同類型社區在相關問題上的差異。研究者聚焦於伙伴關係的發展,將社區分成都市、鄉村及偏遠三類型,選取北高、雲嘉及花東等縣市的六個社區為研究對象,並以311位社區關鍵主體及民眾為對象,透過個別及團體訪談,以及調查表調查等,蒐集實證資料並以 Nvivo7 及 SPSS 統計套裝軟體進行分析。研究者經討論後提出九項主要發現,根據發現並提出相關建議。
英文摘要
Community is a significant place for lifelong learning and therefore community lifelong learning has been always a key topic for discussion locally and globally such as the development of learning networkings and partnership. Since community is mostly diverse in terms of culture, resource, and development, how to forming different learning networkings based on distinct community characteristics has been a crucial issue. The paper is rooted in the project supported by National Science Council and tried to compare the difference in the development of partnership among three types of community, which were composed of six communities located in three groups of counties in Taiwan. There were totally 311 stakeholders and citizens in community sampled and empirical data were collected through semi-structured individual and group interviews, and questionnaire survey. Collected data were analyzed via Nvivo7 and SPSS Statistics Software and finally, 9 concluded findings were explored and recommendations accordingly were raised.
