子宮內避孕器之少見併發症之個案報告及文獻回顧

Report of a rare complication of intrauterine devices insertion: migration and rectum embedding, and review of literature

子宮內避孕器的置放，提供育齡婦女避孕或賀爾蒙治療的選擇，越來越多病患接受 此一處置。然而也有諸多併發症被報導，此處報告一罕見之子宮內避孕器併發症： 錯位以及直腸鑲嵌，分享成功的治療經驗，並文獻回顧過去的案例、分析可能的原 因及危險因子。

Insertion of intrauterine devices (IUD) provided reproductive women treatment option for contraception or hormone administration. Uterine perforation and IUD migration are rare complication. Here we report a rare location and mechanism of IUD migration. Also, literature regarding IUD migration and relevant issues are reviewed.
