赤鳳迎源針法治療急性下背痛之病例報告

Chifeng Yingyuan Needling Technique for Low Back Pain: A Case Report

下背痛是一種常見的慢性疼痛疾病，其表現涵蓋肌肉與骨骼等器質性病變，但臨床上常見於具有疼痛症狀卻無明顯之病兆。針灸是中醫治療下背痛的常見方法，被廣泛地應用在臨床上使用，但礙於現實環境所限，針刺手法常被醫者所忽略或精簡，本篇將藉由赤鳳迎源手法來提高循經感傳以增加療效，並以無明顯病兆之下背疼痛病例做佐證。本病例為65歲男性患者，2019年5月初開始左側後髂腰上棘附近痠痛，無法彎腰和抬腳，骨科診斷第四腰椎與第五腰椎椎間盤（L4/L5）輕微狹窄，已排除周邊血管疾病與結石，暫不需要手術治療，因此病患於5月23日至本院接受針灸合併赤鳳迎源手法治療後，腰部活動範圍增加，疼痛大幅改善，希望藉由本文以提供中醫師於臨床上增加手法治療腰部扭拉傷之顯效依據。

This is a 65-year-old male patient who suffered from acute onset of left low back pain and came to our Orthopedics OPD in May, 2019. He was diagnosed with L4-L5 intervertebral disc stenosis. Although medicines for pain relief were prescribed, his symptoms still persisted. Peripheral vascular disease and urinary tract stones were excluded. Therefore, he received acupuncture treatment on May 23, and the range of lumbar motion and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) improved significantly.According to our experience, it is generally believed that integrated treatments of acupuncture and western medicine are very helpful for low back pain. In this case, low back pain can be relieved immediately by the needling technique of Chifeng Yingyuan, which can reduce muscle tension and pain effectively. As a result, it is advisable to consider this acupuncture technique as a treatment of low back pain.
