At present, as being under the influence of enrollment competition, assessment pressure, and funding constraints, the operations and management of colleges and universities are more difficult. In order to maintain sustainable operation, relevant student affairs personnel should respect students and parents and provide supreme customers service. Based on the literature reviews, discussions on the propositions are made on the relationship among locus of control, job crafting, job involvement and job performance of student affairs personnel, including, Proposition 1: ''Locus of control'' has a positive impact on ''job crafting''; Proposition 2: '' Locus of control '' has a positive effect on ''job involvement''; Proposition 3: '' Locus of control '' has a positive effect on ''job performance''; Proposition 4: ''Job crafting '' has a positive effect on '' job involvement ''; Proposition 5: ''Job crafting'' has a positive effect on ''job performance''; Proposition 6: ''Job involvement'' has a positive effect on ''job performance''; Proposition 7: ''Job crafting'' has a mediation effect between '' locus of control '' and ''job performance''; Proposition 8: ''Job involvement'' has a mediation effect between '' locus of control '' and ''job performance''. Including four variables with eight propositions, the results of this study can shed new lights to facilitate school management and future research. |
