Tourism is one of the most important industries in China, and also the important component of the Service Industry. With the increasing realization of traveling, people starts to have more needs. Hot spring is the popular traveling which is famous for health care and beauty and based on the natural resources, which brings millions profit per year. However, there are more and more hot spring companies with the similar business model. So, it is important to know how the factors affect the satisfaction of consumers, which helps to find the breach and develop the advantages. In this paper, we use correlation analysis, Quadrivium Graphs Model to analysis different dimensions of hot spring and provide suggestions to improve the service and quality of hop spring travel. |
