走向內在聲音的生涯決定──以一位廣論學員之敘事為例

The Narrative Study of the Career Decision on the Lamrim's Student with Inner-Voice

本研究旨在探討一位廣論學員聆聽內在聲音影響生涯決定之經驗。本研究主要邀請一位已在廣論研討班參與十八年，並為福智法人全職人員的中年女性個案，及其生命重要他人，接受半結構性的深度訪談。研究方法採用敘事研究法，並依循質性研究編碼的原則進行分析。本研究結果發現：（1）內在聲音對生涯選擇的指引，值得加以深入探索與重視，由內在聲音所指引的生涯決定，可以帶來生活與生涯的滿意度。（2）長年重複的夢境，值得進一步加以解讀與關注，並且可以透過夢的社會化方式，探求可能的生涯發展機會。（3）精神價值觀對一個人的生涯決定具有關鍵性的影響，透過精神價值觀的釐清與確認，有助於生涯的決定。（4）對於生命經驗與工作經驗的反思，有助於心靈的成長；透過心靈不斷地提升與成長，有助於開闊生涯發展的視野。（5）宗教信仰的價值與工作價值具有相呼應的關係，此相呼應的關係值得心理師應用於生涯諮商。最後，本研究針對研究結果做進一步的討論與建議。

The purpose of this study is to explore the effects on deciding the career through inner-voice on a Lamrim's student. The researcher invites a Lamrim's student who has been studied for 18 years. The participant is a middle aged woman who has full time job in The Bliss and Wisdom Group. The researcher interview the participant and her significant other person with the way of semi-constructive and in-depth. The method of research is the narrative research, and the data is analyzed by using the qualitative research. The findings of this study includes: (a) It is worthy to explore and pay attention to the inner voice which leads career choice. The career choice from the inner voice can bring satisfaction of the life and careers; (b)It is worthy to explain long-term repeat dreams and pay attention to them. It can make dream socializing to explore the opportunity of the career development; (c) The spiritual values is the key effective in career decision. It is helpful to career decision through clarifying the values; (d) It is helpful to widen career development through constantly spiritual growth; (e) There are relationship which is worthy to apply to career counseling for counselors between the values of religion belief and the work values. According to the conclusion, the research makes discussions and suggestions.
