This study focuses on the benefits and challenges posed by the digital market to SMEs, to reviews the unique SME policy perspectives in the context of the development of EU's digital economy policy, and uses this perspective to examine the pre-regulation model of the EU's Digital Market Act proposed in 2020. The purpose of the study is to thoroughly clarify the coordination and interaction between the competition policy in the digital market and the industrial development policy of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through this research method, and finally try to reflect on Taiwan, where SMEs form the majority of the industry, and advance the basis on which the legal development of the digital competition should be discussed at present. |
