This mini review summarizes the evolution of history about nickel complexes supported by tridentate pincer ligands inorganometallic chemistry. The series of these pincer ligands have hybrid characteristic of hard and soft donor atoms, in order tocoordinating with metals in the periodic table. The o-phenylene backbone of the ligands are rigid and robust to develop of reactionchemistry of these diarylamido diphosphine complexes beneficially. In this paper, we briefly discuss ligand preparation andcorresponding nickel complexes, and reactivity studies. |
