照護一位急性心肌梗塞病患於加護單位之護理經驗

A Nursing Experience for the Patient with Acute Myocardial Infarction

本文為照護一位急性心肌梗塞患者於加護單位之護理經驗，照護期間自2009年3月24日至3月30日，透過直接照顧、觀察、會談、病歷查證以及與個案互動交談之方式收集資料，運用Gordon十一項健康功能模式評估，確定該個案有健康尋求行為、心肌組織灌流失效與睡眠型態紊亂等護理問題。此個案為首次心肌梗塞發病且獨居生活需自理者，藉由提供個別性的衛教，並協助執行心臟復健計劃，住院期間並盡量協助個案維持充足睡眠，以維持體力積極參與各項護理活動，期望藉此護理經驗能提供照護此類個案之參考。

This report describes a intensive nursing care experience for a patient with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）.The nursing period was from March 24 to 30,2009. Data were collected by means of direct patient care, observation, discussion, chart revies, and patient interaction. With the application of Gordon's 11 Health Function Pattern Appraisal for patient assessment, the three identified major nursing problems were lack of motivation for wellness, dysfunction of myocardial perfusion, and sleep disturbance. The nursing care plans including individualized self-care post AMI, cardiac rehabilitation assistance, and minimized disturbances at night. This article may be used as a reference for those who care for patients after AMI.
