妊娠滋養細胞癌持續性病灶局部治療：病例報告及文獻回顧

Persistent lesion of gestational trophoblastic neoplasm: a case report and review of literature

在妊娠滋養細胞癌（gestational trophoblastic neoplasm）的治療中，尤其是對化學治療有抗性（chemo-resistant）或是持續性的病灶，保留生育能力（fertility preserving）的治療是十分困難的。我們呈現了一個以硬式子宮鏡病灶刮除（rigid hysteroscopy removal of lesion）和超音波導引射頻燒灼術（ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation）合併單一劑型化學治療的成功案例，並針對妊娠滋養細胞癌的治療和射頻燒灼術做文獻回顧。

Fertility preserving treatment in gestational trophoblastic neoplasm has always been difficult, especially in persistent lesion or chemoresistant lesion. We present a case successfully treated with rigid hysteroscopy removal of lesion and radiofrequency ablation, in combination with single-agent chemotherapy. Literature review on both gestational trophoblastic neoplasm treatment and radiofrequency ablation were made for future benefits.
