This study is to explore the work stress, role conflicts, and health status of married working women and their related factors. It is a Quantitative and investigative research design. The research objects came from industrial institutions such as public and private enterprises in the North District. A total of 190 married professional women were surveyed with validated questionnaires. The answers included essential attributes, work stress scales, and role conflicts. Table, health status scale, inferential statistics were used for data analysis. Work stress was positively relevant to health status and role conflict. Role conflict connected to health status, education level, the rate of overtime affects work pressure. Rate of overtime affected married professional women, work stress, role conflicts, and health. We made four conclusive suggestions for the corporate organizations, family support, the general public. Future research, enterprises and government should work closely to implement the ultimate goal of women's labor policies. |
