新進護理人員護理能力主客觀評量差異性比較

A Comparison between Objectivity and Subjectivity of Newly Employed Nurses' Competency

本研究旨在探討新進護理人員之護理能力，以結構式量表進行主客觀評量，樣本數78位。結果：一、新進護理人員自評臨床技能平均分數由2.51至4.35；行政技能平均分數由2.9至4.01；教學與研究技能平均分數由2.33至3.35。二、護理長評量，臨床技能平均分數由2.38至4.09；行政技能平均分數由2.79至3.95；教學與研究技能平均分數由1.76至2.96。三、兩者評量分數由高至低依序皆為臨床、行政、教學與研究技能。新進護理人員三大技能及總護理能力自評分數皆高於護理長評量，且有顯著差異(p＜.01)。本研究結果可提供醫療單位做為新進護理人員進用一年內訓練之參考。

This studywas to estimate the nursing competency of newly employed nurses.The sample sizewas 78nurses.Results: self evaluation and evaluation fromhead nurses,mean scores for clinical techniques, administrationskills, teaching and research skillswere 3.56, 3.48, 2.8, 3.27, 3.25, and 2.35. Therewas a significantdifferenceintechnicalabilityandnursingcompetency.Theresultshighlightedthenursingcompetencyofnewly employed nurses for directors of hospitals in order to improve their professional ability of nursingthroughspecializedtrainingprograms.
