醫療發達，多種新敷料的研發，對護理人員而言是個新挑戰；倘若病人傷口延遲癒合產生併發症，不但病人受到傷害也增加了醫療的負擔，因此暸解傷口照護重點、具備及運用正確照護知識非常重要。本篇文章為針對傷口癒合過程、傷口評估與護理以及臨床常用新研發之敷料進行文獻整理，並參考臨床實務現況書寫而成，內文尚對影響傷口癒合之因素、各種新敷料特性與適用情形及傷口照護重點進行探討，提供臨床護理人員執行傷口護理之參考，以期提昇傷口照護品質。

With the advance of medical knowledge and technology many new wound dressings aredeveloped, causing a new challenge to nurses. If a patient's wound detention healings have illnesscomplication, not only will the patient receive injury but also will increase the medical burden. So, itis very important to understand wound care. This article discusses wound healing process, woundassessment, wound care and wound dressing characteristics through literature review based onclinical practice. We hope this article can provide new information on the nursing care necessaryfor patients in order to improve the wound care quality.
