感染愛滋病外籍新娘心理社會調適的護理經驗

The Nursing Experience of Caring for an AIDS Immigrant Bride's Psychological and Social Adaptation

本篇是一位感染愛滋病的大陸新娘，除了移民角色所帶來的身、心、社會適應上的困擾，更面臨到感染愛滋病所加以的生理、心理、社會改變的多重壓力。筆者於照護患者十八天中，以紐曼理論模式評估個案整體性功能，發現個案在住院期間有感染/現存性、營養改變/少於身體需要、焦慮、知識缺乏、失落感、社交互動障礙等問題。在護理過程中運用面談、觀察、傾聽、溝通的技巧，建立良好及信任的護病關係，並應用護理專業知識及技能，協助病患緩解疾病所帶來的生理不適；以同理心、接受、真誠的態度，及運用整個醫療團隊的接納與關懷，達到心理社會的調適，使個案在多重壓力下，減少疾病帶給個案及家庭的衝突，讓其重拾信心，成功的回歸家庭生活，較積極正向的面對未來。

This article is describing a bride from mainland China affected with Acquired ImmunodeficiencySyndrome and having pressures resulting from physiology, psychology and society.During the 18 days nursing care period, I evaluated the whole function of the case by NeumanTheory and found that there were an existing infection, nutrition change less than body need,anxiety, shortage of knowledge, loneliness and an obstacle to social communication. Throughinterview, observation, listening, skills of communication for nursing, a good and reliablerelationship was built up between nursing staff and the patient. We applied the knowledge, skill ofnursing profession to help the patient mitigate the pain of disease and applied the attitudes ofsympathy, honesty and acceptance along with nursing members to match the procedure of socialpsychology adjustment. Under multiple influences, she was more confident in returning to herfamily and facing the future enthusiastically.
