本文為照顧一位行腰椎椎間盤切除手術女病人，運用手術全期護理協助病人身心調適、安全度過手術整個過程之照護經驗。期盼藉由本文提供照護同類患者手術全期護理臨床實務之參考。

This article was based on a female patient who underwent a lumbar disectomy.It mainly described the process of perioperative nursing care and how we assistedthe patient to adjust physically and psychologically, in order to pass through the entiresurgical process safely. This experience is worth presenting to the perioperative nursesas a persuasive example.
