臍帶血移植病童及家庭之照護

Nursing Care of the Patient and Parents Undergoing a Cord Blood Stem Cell Transplantation

臍帶血移植是除了骨髓移植與周邊血幹細胞移植以外之造血幹細胞移植治療方式，雖然造血幹細胞移植從70年代以來就是癌症及血液疾病的進階治療，但臍帶血移植卻是近十年才受全球醫界的矚目，台灣至今約有十例臍帶血移植個案，目前仍停留在人體試驗階段且未納入政府全民健保給付之範圍。因此本文以文獻查證方式及筆者臨床照護經驗，就臍帶血移植的歷史演進、臍帶血移植的情況及病童與家庭的照護進行描述，增加醫護人員對接受臍帶血移植病童及家庭相關照護的了解，藉此協助接受臍帶血移植病童及其家庭的適應。

Hematopoitic stem cell transplantation is a new trend of the treatment for cancer and hemalologic diseases. Bone marrow transplantation was developed earlier and peripheral blood stem cell transplantation was also one of the treatments for neoplastic disease. In order to overcome the difficulty of matching and to reduce the waiting time, cord blood transplantation has become a new treatment option of cancer and hemalologic diseases. The development history of the cord blood transplantation and post-transplantation nursing care are described in this article as a reference for nurses who take care of those patients.
