一位初次診斷肝細胞癌病患的護理經驗

An Experience of Caring fo a Newly Diagnosed Case of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

本報告在探討一位初次診斷肝細胞癌的個案，在住院期間的疾病經驗，及其身心反應與調適行為。護理個案期間自91.09.23到91.10.04為止。藉由觀察、會談、檢驗、檢查結果及其他醫療團隊人員、家屬訪談等資料，再根據"Gordon十一項健康功能型態"為評估架構，確立個案有預期性哀傷、睡眠型態改變、無望感、知識缺乏等健康問題。在護理過程中，筆者以同理心、真誠的態度與個案及家屬建立良好的治療關係。並針對個案個別需求適時地緩解其身體症狀、提供資訊及情緒支持，運用其他病友的經驗分享，以促使個案採取正向的因應策略，了解疾病及治療可能帶來的困擾，將希望建立在如何增進舒適及自我控制，適應疾病所造成的生活習慣改變，和家屬共同維持日後良好的生活品質。

This is a case report of a newly diagnosed case of Hepatocellular Carcinoma. It involved the behavior of the patient during the course of disease diagnosis, hospitalization and treatment in between the period of 91.9.23 and 91.10.4. Through observation, meeting, laboratory data, tests, opinions of medical personnel, discussion with the family members, and based on Gordon's method, we concluded that the patient had the problems of a feeling of loss, sleep pattern disturbance, hopelessness and knowledge deficit(specify), etc. In the process of nursing, We tried to contact the patient more frequently, understand the patient and follow treatment programs in order to have self control. As a result, he could adjust back to society and bravely face and accept the challenge of the disease, and finally maintain a good life in the further.
