The Nursing Care Before and Agter Carotid Stent Implant

頸動脈狹窄病患置放頸動脈支架可有效預防及減少中風的發生。本文主要介紹頸動脈狹窄病患，置放頸動脈支架前後之護理，包括對頸動脈支架的簡介、適應症、禁忌症、併發症，做一系統性之介紹，並對置放支架前後提出相關的護理，希望本文可提供護理人員對置放頸動脈支架之護理，有更新的知識與了解。

It has been showed that stent implant for patients suffering from stenosis of the carotid artery can prevent and reduce the incidence of stroke attack effectively. This article introduces the indication, contraindication and complication for the stent implant. We hope this article can provide some new information for the nursing care of patients with stent implants.
